Somebody told me once I had a face for radio. I took it as a compliment.

Because somewhere along the way — between a career in banking and sales management, where I learned that trust moves money faster than any rate sheet, and a real estate career that continues to this day — I figured out that the voice matters more than the face.

I'm a Realtor, a writer, and a UGC creator in Western Kentucky and Middle Tennessee. I grew up watching men tell the truth, slowly. Men on the radio. Men in work shirts — and I learned early that the best pitch isn't a pitch at all. It's a story a neighbor tells another neighbor, over a fence, on a Saturday.

That's what I make now.

It wasn't entirely my idea. People kept telling me — friends, colleagues, fellow creators — that I was a natural for this. That my voice, my background, my way of talking about things was exactly what brands were missing. I heard it enough times that I finally paid attention. Turns out they were right.
